A Note on Hotel Rates

We know March is an especially popular time of year in Arizona, and for good reason. Between the beautiful weather, MLB Spring Training, golf season, and spring break travel, hotel rates are higher than usual.

Because having our favorite people together for the weekend means so much to us, the parents of the bride have graciously provided a nightly room credit for guests staying within our AC Hotel room block, bringing the rooms down to the special rate shown below.

Rooms in the block are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved by the booking deadline. Because rates outside of the block are likely to be significantly higher, we strongly encourage guests to reserve their rooms early rather than waiting until closer to the wedding.

Transportation

Shuttle transportation will be provided between the AC Hotel Scottsdale North and Desert View for a convenient, worry-free ride to and from the wedding. Because rideshare availability can vary in Apache Junction, we recommend taking advantage of the provided shuttles.

  1. 3:00 PM

    Shuttle Departure

    Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive in the lobby a few minutes early.

  2. 4:00 PM

    Arrival at Desert View

    Arrive, take your seats, and stop by the guest book before the ceremony begins.

  3. 8:00 PM

    First Return Shuttle

    For guests calling it a night before open dancing, the first shuttle will depart at 8:00 PM.

  4. 10:00 PM

    Final Return Shuttle

    Following the couple’s grand exit, the final shuttle back to the AC Hotel will depart at 10:00 PM.

Parking

On-site parking is available at Desert View in designated parking areas. Guests who choose to drive should follow all posted signage and parking directions upon arrival.

  • Parking is not permitted at any time on Desert View Access Road, and vehicles parked outside designated areas may be towed.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted, so please plan transportation accordingly if you intend to enjoy drinks during the reception.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the most convenient airport for the weekend. It is approximately 25 minutes from AC Hotel Scottsdale North and 30 minutes from Desert View Weddings & Events. Rental cars, rideshare, and taxis are available on site.
