What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM so there is time to find a seat and sign our guest book before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

What should I wear?

The dress code is formal. Full guidance, including suggestions for gentlemen and ladies, is on the Attire page.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will list by name each person included in your party. We are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle service will be provided between the hotel room block and the venue in both directions. Pickup and return times can be found on the Travel page.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the AC Hotel Scottsdale North with a special group rate available through February 10, 2027. Full booking details can be found on the Travel page.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We would love for you to be fully present, so we are asking guests to keep phones away during the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers there to capture it all. Once the ceremony ends, photograph away!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors, with cocktail hour outdoors from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.

What will the weather be like?

Mid-March in Scottsdale is typically mild and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the mid-to-upper 70s and cooler evenings after sunset.

When and how should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by January 15, 2027 using either the RSVP page or the RSVP card included with your invitation. There’s no need to do both.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Overnight parking is not permitted, so please plan transportation accordingly if you intend to enjoy drinks during the reception.

Will Ubers be available afterwards?

Rideshare availability can be limited near the venue, especially later in the evening, so we don’t recommend relying on Uber or Lyft for your return trip. We’ll have shuttles running back to the AC Hotel North Scottsdale at 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and encourage guests staying in the area to take advantage of them.

Are there stairs or steep walkways?

The main guest areas at Desert View are wheelchair accessible, and guests will not need to navigate steep walkways to move between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces.

Where are you registered?

Our registry can be found on the Registry page of our website.
